- The Control of Work configuration administrative resource will perform the initial administrative data, entry, management, and training associated with the Global Control of Work site configuration and implementation.
- Impact: Resource will perform the initial administrative work and database set up that will allow the various EHS teams to accept a sustainable contractor vetting process upon handover.
- Follow high level plan for the transfer of contractor data from current databases (Avetta) to new database (Control of Work).
- Set within database, the company and individual workforce qualification documentation requirements for contractors currently in use within the global network.
- Assist with the documentation upload requirements and training of new contractors being onboarded in conjunction with Client site EHS leads.
- Ensure compliance with qualifications for each contractor, including contact of contractor company admins for compliance, documentation, and/or updates.
- Assist in development and implementation of Client specific Control of Work and T17 training material that allows for sustainable training of internal and external users.
- Organize contractor company and workforce qualification compliance dates into a system to ease administrative burdens to EHS teams after handover.
