    **Position Overview:**

    The Service Cashier employee will assist our dealership with filing paperwork and also assist every customer with payment and payment-related questions while following all company guidelines and policies.

    **Pay range is based on experience and qualifications: $15.00 Per Hour**

    **Responsibilities**

    Greet customers before assisting them

    Accurately process all customer payments

    Always extend the highest level of courtesy and friendliness to every customer

    Follow all credit cards and check acceptance policies

    Close all repair orders in a timely fashion

    Assist all associates to provide our customers with an excellent level of service experience

    Notify the Service Manager of any concerns that will hinder or prevent a customer from having a positive service experience

    Accurately account for all service revenues and receipts every day

    Verify that every customer understands the work completed and the charges for service

    Provide prompt and efficient handling of work activities requested by the Service Manager

    File paperwork

    **Requirements**

    At least 18 years of age

    Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances

    Authorized to work in the United States
