We are seeking individuals to fill an entry-level position in Customer Service.

The most important responsibility for this position is providing customer service, including questions about products and services, cash handling and collecting payment.

This is a great place for an individual who enjoys interacting with people and is looking for a fast paced environment where independent work and judgment are valued.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries about products and services.
  • Answer customer questions about policies and procedures.
  • Cash checks for customers.
  • Perform routine tasks such as restocking shelves and cleaning the store.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally.
