    Position Summary:


    As a Senior Cyber Security Engineer at Cintel, you will work on our Information Solutionsteam in support of an ISSM at the Missile Defense Agency.

    The Cyber Security Engineer will provide support tomultiple exciting projects and have the opportunity to assimilate multiple knowledge disciplines into solvingcomplex problems.

    Candidates must be self-motivated, able to work with little to no supervision, and capable abriefing status reports to the Leadership Team as well as preparing the reports that are to be presented.

    Thecandidate must also have a good understanding of the technologies of the systems he or she is assigned. We are looking for talented people who can analyze problems, developinnovativesolutions,andimplementthemforreal-worlduse.


    RequiredQualifications:
    15+ years Information Technology Experience
    10+yearsofInformationAssuranceManagementwith5yearsofIAMexperienceintheDoDEnvironment
    1 or more of these certifications: CISSP, CISM, or GSL
    MinimumofSecretClearance
    US.Citizen
    Showappliedknowledgeof cybersecuritypolicyandprocedures
    Abilitytoexplaintechnicalinformationtonon-technicalaudiencestoexplaincomplexsituationstoalllevels ofleadership, includingSES/GeneralOfficers
    Capable of writing and reviewing policies and procedures for the Network and Enclave Environment thatalign to DoD andMDAdirectives.
    Must beableto leadtheassessment ofartifactsandguide theauthorizationofhisorhersystemstoauthorizationether independentlyor asa team.
    Applyknowledgeofcybersecuritypolicy,procedures,and workforcestructuretodevelop,implement,and maintainasecuresystem.
    KnowledgeofInformationSystemSecurityManager(ISSM) and Information System Security Officer (ISSO)RolesandResponsibilitiesandtheDoDassessmentandauthorizationprocess
    Expected to organize and participate in meetings as it relates to the job function
    Review, and/or create/draft as needed, RMF artifacts such as Systems Security Plans (SSP), cybersecurity- related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M)
    Developmentandmaintain ContinuousMonitoringPlans,SupportandConnection agreements,DisasterRecovery,ContinuityofOperations(COOP), Admin/User Guides,andIncident Response
