    Description

    Integration Development Lead - Boomi

    Duration: 3-6 months then convert to perm

    Hudson MA Area

    The company is upgrading its systems across the tech landscape, so there is a ton of work to integrate the old with the new. They have 3 major projects happening (ERP, PLM and Back office systems) and they need someone to integrate the systems. Will do work with middleware, integrations, mapping, extraction, stored procedures. They have an active contractor that's been doing this work, but there is too much work for one person. They also want to hire someone that can become their full time, long term Integrations Lead.

    Responsibilities


    • Architect and implement new integration projects between company business systems and third-party applications


    • Responsible for architecture and development of Interfaces of APIs for company integration with both ERP and PLM systems


    • Work with internal development team members on integrations with our third party solution providers


    • Implement APIs as per the design specification and build, orchestrate, and deploy complex integrations


    • Ensure that all code, configurations and other work products are thoroughly unit-tested prior to delivery


    • Perform code reviews and other quality checks


    • Participate in system/integration testing

    Must haves:

    • Strong experience in developing integration processes using Dell Boomi (3+ years)
    • Must have a strong experience in application integration, SOA and API full life-cycle management
    • Experience with data mapping, extraction, transformation and loading between a variety of enterprise platforms
    • Knowledge of SQL (joins, views, triggers, stored procedures, indexing), using SQL Server or similar leading relational database)
    • Programming experience in Javascript, Java
    • Experience designing and developing integrations leveraging a micro services architecture
    • Team player: strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the proven ability to work effectively with numerous stakeholders and contributors, both internally and externally
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across both business and technical audiences
    • Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills, with an ability to mitigate risk, communicate effectively, and facilitate problem resolution

    Preferences:

    Don't need to write code but need to read/understand it. Java/JavaScript
