Job Summary:

Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:

  • Work will include all aspects of software development lifecycle concentrated with middleware development
  • Participate in version upgrades and migrations of the middleware tools
  • Introduce new technologies or best practices to enhance the middleware tools infrastructure environment
  • Lead/assist in any root cause analysis of integration or software defects
  • Follow current Development/Administration standards and suggest additional ones as needed
  • Participate in established change control process for the promotion of objects and Infrastructure changes into production
  • Implement best practices regarding data staging, data cleansing, and data transformation
  • Contribute to development of new processes and the continuous improvement of existing processes, leading to operational excellence
  • Provide technical guidance and coordination for MSP's and offshore developers
  • Develop solutions that have been both performance tuned and include applicable exception handling notification
  • Create unit testing scripts/plans

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Cleo or comparable EDI middleware platform (i.e. Dell Boomi, Celigo)
  • API development, preferably in NET (C#. or VB)
  • REST Web API
  • SOAP Web Services / Web Development, WSDL
  • SFTP
  • XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT, ANSI, ITIL
  • Experience using Oracle Field Services a plus
  • Experience using NetSuite a plus
  • SQL Server (queries, procedure development, etc.)
  • Web Server/DBA Server configuration, setup and maintenance.
  • Scripting
  • Middleware implementations
  • Java

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 5+ Years' experience
  • Experience with business systems and processes.
  • Ability to work in an environment prone to deadlines and shifting priorities.
