    Key Account Manager - iGaming Software (B2B)

    $75,000-110,000 plus bonus and benefits

    Location: Philadelphia, PA (Office-Based)

The business is the global market-leader, publicly-listed and one of the most recognisable names in the industry. As they continue to expand across the USA, they are seeking a talented and motivated Senior/Key Account Managers to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving success.

    Position Overview:

    As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with our tier 1 and tier 2 North American operators. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

    Responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
    • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

    Account Growth:

    • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand and upsell our suite of iGaming software solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored strategies for client account growth.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and align our solutions to meet their needs.
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive mutual success.

    Communication and Collaboration:

    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our iGaming software to clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Support, to ensure seamless service delivery.

    Market Analysis:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on market intelligence.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong understanding of B2B sales and account management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
    • Experience in iGaming would be an advantage but is not essential.
    • A Business-related academic background would be preferred.
