Accounts Payable Manager

Location:
Philadelphia, PA


Salary Range:
$110,000 - $115,000 annually, plus 10% bonus


Ideal Experience/Must-haves:


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Approximately 812 years of accounts payable experience.
  • 35 years of leadership experience, with a focus on mentoring and managing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Background in purchasing within a larger company setting.
  • Strong communication skills, essential for collaboration with various teams and leadership.
  • Proven ability to work closely with crossfunctional teams including Accounting, Finance, Treasury, and Purchasing.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daytoday accounts payable operations, including mentoring and managing team members.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and assist with automation efforts to enhance efficiency.
  • Implement new processes and procedures as needed to optimize workflow.
  • Maintain handson involvement in AP processes when necessary.

Pay:
$110, $115,000.00 per year
