Responsibilities:

Selfstarter leader requiring mínimal supervision with and an "entrepreneurial attitude".
Cultivate relationships by personal visits, proactive follow ups, demonstrations, hosting.
Provide CRM daily reports as well as weekly and monthly pipeline updates to management.
Generate sales and branch revenue growth through a sustained sales campaign and closings.
Skillfully manage the sales process, develop customer buy in for profitable effective closings.
Retain and service existing customers winning effective relationships through service & trust.
Identify fleet operators and develop prospects towards profitable rental, lease & fleet services.
Cooperate and exemplify the meaning of Team with the service, rental, and sales departments.
Manage account portfolio pertaining to receivables, annual reviews, fleet performance metrics.
Excel in listening to customer's needs, ascertain timing and convey fleet solutions with expertise.

Qualifications:

Strong prospecting and closing skills.
Truck leasing and rental sales experience preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Strong computer skills covering Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Highly detailed oriented skills to process truck specifications, orders, and deployments.

Job Requirements:

Professional image and demeanor.
Previous Lease Sales Experience a plus.
Basic understanding of business finance.
A clean and valid driver's license is required.
Must be comfortable with cold calling and prospecting plans.
Must possess good customer service and closing technique skills.
Associate or bachelor's degree with course work in business and or marketing or equivalent jobrelated experience preferred.
