Responsibilities:


  • Selfstarter leader requiring mínimal supervision with and an "entrepreneurial attitude".
  • Cultivate relationships by personal visits, proactive follow ups, demonstrations, hosting.
  • Provide CRM daily reports as well as weekly and monthly pipeline updates to management.
  • Generate sales and branch revenue growth through a sustained sales campaign and closings.
  • Skillfully manage the sales process, develop customer buy in for profitable effective closings.
  • Retain and service existing customers winning effective relationships through service & trust.
  • Identify fleet operators and develop prospects towards profitable rental, lease & fleet services.
  • Cooperate and exemplify the meaning of Team with the service, rental, and sales departments.
  • Manage account portfolio pertaining to receivables, annual reviews, fleet performance metrics.
  • Excel in listening to customer's needs, ascertain timing and convey fleet solutions with expertise.

Qualifications:


  • Strong prospecting and closing skills.
  • Truck leasing and rental sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills covering Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Highly detailed oriented skills to process truck specifications, orders, and deployments.

Job Requirements:


  • Professional image and demeanor.
  • Previous Lease Sales Experience a plus.
  • Basic understanding of business finance.
  • A clean and valid driver's license is required.
  • Must be comfortable with cold calling and prospecting plans.
  • Must possess good customer service and closing technique skills.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree with course work in business and or marketing or equivalent jobrelated experience preferred.
