Vos missions et responsabilités :
Vous
négociez les contrats et tarifs pour les flux de transport INBOUND & OUTBOUND & INTERUNIT
pour les segments Ciment (CEM+ AFR) et Granulats (AGG) de Holcim Belgique pour tous les modes transports (Route/ Rail/ fluvial) avec les fournisseurs de transport tiers.
Vous
optimisez les flux
IN/OUT/Interunit avec une
approche TCO
en collaboration avec le département planning opérationnel.
Communication Market intelligence : vous relevez/analysez les bonnes pratiques/innovations logistiques du secteur et proposez des adaptations aux périmètres CEM et/ou AGG.
Vous
soutenez les demandeurs pour la rédaction des Cahier de Charges et appels d'offre d'investissement
et négociez les CAPEX liés à la logistique. (ex : Camions mixers)
Vous agissez comme interlocuteur central pour les chantiers majeurs
impliquant une logistique spécifique.
Compliance: vous assurez que les règles de gestion Procurement sont appliquées dans votre périmètre de catégorie.
Reporting: vous délivrez les reporting dans votre périmètre de catégorie Logistics.
Vous assurez le suivi des initiatives de savings selon l'échéancier Holcim Groupe et validez les PO en SAP.
Votre profil :
Vous disposez d'un
Master à orientation Logistique ou
disposez d'une
expérience équivalente .
Vous faites preuve d'une expérience de 5 ans en achat de transport.
Connaissance des
processus P2P,
du processus de
définition des besoins d'achats
jusqu'au paiement,
approche TCO .
Finance : analyse et compréhension de la structure de coûts, corrélation avec l'évolution de la dépense externe.
Habileté stratégique
couplée à un pragmatisme dans l'exécution.
Etre à l'aise dans le travail en équipe et en organisation matricielle
Etre un relais efficace à tous les niveaux de l'organisation
Ouverture d'esprit et adaptabilité, capacité à provoquer le changement
Excellente connaissance du F R/NL/ENG
ERP (SAP), Suite Office, Qlikview/ Qliksense (outils BI) sont des atouts
