What you'll be doing
We are seeking a working student to support our PMO function in a customer program.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing administrative support to the Program Manager
Assisting SAP Project Managers involved in the program
Preparing internal controls (FELIPE)
Forecasting finances
Reviewing and approving timesheets
Managing the 3rd party procurement process for the program (Fieldglass)
Creating and monitoring resource requests for projects
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding of consultants

This role will provide valuable insight into program and project management for large-scale transformation projects in the IT industry. You will gain experience in all aspects of project management, including financial, budgeting, and resource management.

What we're looking for

A student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Computer Science and Management
Computer skills: Proficiency in the Office Suite, basic knowledge of SAP is a plus
Optional skills: MS Project, VBA
Language skills: Fluent in German and English
Soft skills: Team player, organized, creative, project management experience is beneficial
Other: Previous experience in PMO or theoretical knowledge of project management
