Responsibilities:


Everyone wants something from you, some customers ask you endless questions, want to pay for goods or exchange them, or borrow a machine.

Whatever questions or problems your customers have, you have the answers.

You help and provide information, because for you, service is not just a word, but the key to our shared success.


  • You are responsible for the correct handling of our product range at the cash register and during the settlement process
  • You handle customer orders, inquiries, and complaints with ease and also accept returns and repair orders
  • You take responsibility for organizing deliveries
  • In addition, you monitor order deadlines
  • You also create and manage customer cards and handle cash transactions

Qualifications:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as a retail clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk). Alternatively, you have gained experience in sales and at the cash register
  • You have experience with modern cash register systems and have basic computer skills
  • You have a high level of customer orientation
  • You are flexible, reliable, detailoriented, and a team player
  • Your calm demeanor allows
