Legal Counsel / Lawyer for Renewable Energy (m/f/d)

As a Legal Counsel / Lawyer for Renewable Energy, you will be responsible for the development, negotiation, and conclusion of contracts necessary for wind and photovoltaic projects for the GASAG Group, with the goal of realizing legally secure and profitable climate change projects for Brandenburg and the capital region.

Your area of responsibility:

You advise our business units and departments on all legal issues related to renewable energy
You accompany our wind and photovoltaic projects legally from tendering, through plant design and construction, to the development of direct marketing models
You also handle the processing of EEG subsidies
You support with procurement law challenges

Your energy:

You are an experienced and empathetic lawyer with an eye for the essentials
You have at least 3 years
