What Will You Be Doing?Structured flow replicating precise and consistent linear job cost releases to divisional construction teams Detailed review of pre-generated job cost budgets for accurate purchase order releaseAssist in lot release package development for construction teamsSupport Production & Purchasing Managers with system required modificationsCross train with other back-office department functions to backfill workflow needsWhat Will You Bring?Strong computer, mathematic, and applied logic skillsDesire for consistent production workflow and achieving weekly production KPI'sOpen communication and collaboration skillsExperience with MS Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and other related applicationsERP experience (Sapphire, JD Edwards, SAP etc) preferredConstruction knowledge in residential home building preferred*Entry Level Position*This is subject to change based on needs or if special circumstances should arrive.
