- Structured flow replicating precise and consistent linear job cost releases to divisional construction teams
- Detailed review of pre-generated job cost budgets for accurate purchase order release
- Assist in lot release package development for construction teams
- Support Production & Purchasing Managers with system required modifications
- Cross train with other back-office department functions to backfill workflow needs
- Strong computer, mathematic, and applied logic skills
- Desire for consistent production workflow and achieving weekly production KPI's
- Open communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with MS Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and other related applications
- ERP experience (Sapphire, JD Edwards, SAP etc) preferred
- Construction knowledge in residential home building preferred
