    Digital Campaign Manager

    Contract: 1 year W2 Contract

    PR: 60-70/hr (Depending on YOE)

    Hybrid

    Responsibilities
    Manage the launch roadmap of campaigns and rollouts, partnering with teams to schedule launches and provide key updates to leadership
    Plan and execute digital campaigns across multiple markets and products
    Measure and report on performance of all campaigns, identifying areas of unlock and producing compelling narratives
    Collaborate with analytics teams to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders
    Drive execution of new initiatives, partnering closely with experience teams, analytics and web production to schedule rollouts
    Requirements
    6+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketing, marketing agency, digital acquisition, digital engagement, or similar areas
    Strong project management skills and ability to drive change
    Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, matrixed organisation
    Background managing global campaigns
    Track record of leveraging data to guide decision-making, taking proactive approaches to delivering high quality work
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
    Cultural awareness and experience collaborating with global teams to deliver or extend programmes across diverse regions and languages
    Unmatched supervision and troubleshooting skills
    Passion for delivering excellent user experiences and surpassing quarterly goals
    Reporting skills with the ability to communicate effectively across partners, peers and leadership
    Must be located in and around Bay Area and meet hybrid office requirements
    Must be able to work globally a few days a week
    Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a SaaS or tech-centric environment
