- Answer phones and address customer inquiries
- Take payments from insured individuals
- Run through coverage options with potential insured parties
- Assess if a facility has been issued a master policy
- Set up facilities in the production environment
- Issue master policies for over-the-counter facilities
- Previous experience in insurance operations or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- CSR Designation a PLUS
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Continuing Education as needed to maintain insurance licensure in good standing
- Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License (must be willing to obtain, company paid)

The Client Services & Insurance Representative will work in-person at our Phoenix, AZ location.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized associate to join our team. You will play a crucial role in handling various tasks related to both customer service and facility setup within our insurance operations. This role involves interacting with potential insured individuals, setting up facilities, and managing ongoing Customer Service and Issuance activities. Responsibilities:
Requirements:
The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors. The base pay range for this position will be $45,000 to $50,000. Discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded. Jencap also offers a range of benefits and programs, based on eligibility, which currently include but are not limited to; comprehensive health care coverage, a 401k plan, and tuition reimbursement.
