We are actively looking for a Part-Time
Client Service Associate to provide support for admitting clients to SAGE through appointment scheduling, triaging incoming referrals, data entry into the electronic health record, maintaining client files, and completing outgoing calls for services.

This is a Part-Time position. Monday through Wednesday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
This position will have in-person training at the SAGE office in Maryvale (53rd Ave, Phx, for 90 days, and then will have the opportunity to work remotely from home.

Qualifications:

Minimum High School Diploma or GED required. AA in related field preferred.
Proficiency in navigating an Electronic Health Record, and Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Prior experience with scheduling or working in a call center environment preferred.
Prior experience in behavioral health field strongly preferred
