    Join Our Team as a Client Services & Insurance Representative in Phoenix, AZ

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer service tasks and facility setup within our insurance operations. If you are proactive and passionate about insurance operations and customer service, we welcome you to be part of our team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answering phones and addressing customer inquiries
    • Processing payments from insured individuals
    • Discussing coverage options with potential insured parties
    • Verifying facility master policy issuance
    • Setting up facilities in the production environment
    • Issuing master policies for over-the-counter facilities

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in insurance operations or a related field preferred
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Effective organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
    • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • CSR Designation a PLUS
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Willingness to obtain an Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License (company paid)

    The salary for this position will be based on factors such as education, experience, training, licensure, competencies, and location. Additional incentive compensation may be provided. Jencap offers various benefits including health care coverage, a 401k plan, and tuition reimbursement.
