Job Purpose and Skills:

This position will be responsible for providing assistance in overseeing the daily responsibilities of the documentation side of Loan Administration. This individual will have the training and ability to service existing loan customers. This position will interface with Relationship Managers in order to ensure a seamless loan workflow. This position will be familiar with the legal considerations as they pertain to real estate loan documentation and the Uniform Commercial Code. This position will be proficient with the interpretation of lien searches, title work, security agreements and other documents necessary to validate and ensure proper lien priority. This position will be familiar with and interpret the bank's lending policies and best practices in order to document loan agreements with covenants and exceptions. This position will also provide support with project management and process and procedure development. This position will be proficient with functionality of the bank's core processor and Laser Pro.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To work closely with the department manager to ensure that all daily tasks are covered, projects are up to date, and daily processes are completed within required timelines (i.e. GL reconciliations, daily check back, loan boarding/maintenance, participation servicing etc.)
Document preparation for commercial and consumer loans including assurance of compliance with bank policy and state and federal lending regulations
Work with Loan Admin Manager to provide documentation for audits as needed
Monitor workflows in nCino and ensure even distribution among processors
Record online documents such as Deeds of Trust and UCC's
Work with Loan Admin Manager on rolling out updates for LaserPro and ensure current Loan Processing team is aware of changes occurring
Image loan documents as needed
Interface with lenders to ensure Loan Admin procedures and processes support loan growth
Provide project management assistance for Loan Admin related initiatives
Complete pre-closing loan document review as needed
Participate in verification and filing of HMDA data collection as needed
Monitor and change the interest rates as needed within LaserPro
Help work through loan document exceptions as they arise and monitor daily exception report
Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Loan Administration Manager

Other Key Job Functions:

Communicate effectively with Senior Management, Auditors, Vendors, and other bank personnel
Serve as backup for department manager
Other responsibilities and tasks deemed appropriate by Management
