- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on various issues related to commercial real estate transactions, contracts, and regulatory compliance
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements
- Coordinate and support due diligence efforts for real estate transactions, including title searches, environmental assessments, and zoning compliance
- Aid internal and external counsel in litigation matters, including document management, discovery, and trial preparation
- Maintain and organize contract databases, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Assist in corporate governance matters, including entity formation, maintenance of corporate records, and compliance with corporate formalities
- Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the commercial real estate industry and ensure company compliance with applicable legal requirements
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on commercial real estate
