    SHR Talent is partnering with a nationally recognized commercial real estate developer in Nashville, TN for its search for a Senior Paralegal. The Senior Paralegal plays a pivotal role and is instrumental in providing high-level legal support and assisting in various legal matters within our esteemed company.

    An ideal candidate for the Senior Paralegal role, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on various issues related to commercial real estate transactions, contracts, and regulatory compliance
    • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements
    • Coordinate and support due diligence efforts for real estate transactions, including title searches, environmental assessments, and zoning compliance
    • Aid internal and external counsel in litigation matters, including document management, discovery, and trial preparation
    • Maintain and organize contract databases, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
    • Assist in corporate governance matters, including entity formation, maintenance of corporate records, and compliance with corporate formalities
    • Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the commercial real estate industry and ensure company compliance with applicable legal requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on commercial real estate
    • Proficiency in legal research tools and software such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
    • Strong understanding of contract law, real estate law, and corporate governance principles
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
