Description

The Intersect Group is looking for a Systems Administrator to support the ongoing administration of SuccessFactors performance management and goal management modules to ensure current and future functionality exists to support the business.

Job Description:

• Creating documentation and training for the end users and various limited administrators.
• Conducting instructor-led training as needed.
• Conducting user acceptance testing as needed for new process feedback and improvement before the implementation of new processes.
• Developing and implementing of new system processes designed under the guidance and requirements of HR managers and other key stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management modules experience.
• 2+ years of general Learning Management Administration experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent team work and collaboration skills.
