The Boosey Wilson Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paralegal who has trust & estate experience. As a Trust & Estate Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys in providing comprehensive legal services to clients in matters related to trusts, estates, and probate. Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, managing case files, and communicating with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate forms
• Conduct legal research on various trust and estate matters and provide summaries to attorneys
• Assist with estate planning and administration, including asset valuation and distribution
• Prepare and file probate documents and court pleadings
• Coordinate and manage client meetings, appointments, and deadlines
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documents
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress
• Assist in the preparation of estate tax returns and other related filings
• Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals, such as accountants and financial advisors, to ensure comprehensive client service
• Stay up-to-date with changes in trust and estate laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Trust & Estate Paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of trust and estate laws, probate procedures, and estate planning techniques
• Proficient in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
