- Plan, develop, and maintain the company's strategy for approval, execution, renewal, and housing of all contracts
- Serve as the main point of contact for all contract relations with businesses, agencies, boards, associations, and government entities
- Manage end-to-end contract process, including assisting project teams with reviewing terms and conditions and preparing responses to Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Draft, negotiate, structure, and administer contractual documents establishing business relationships
- Provide contract status updates, business advice, and assistance to management and functional areas, documenting contract statuses in Salesforce
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on rules and regulations, both international and domestic, with a practical, business orientation
- Collaborate with the Accountancy Licensing Library team to conduct monthly reviews of state board websites and analyze legislative changes
- Provide regulatory research and legislative support to the Governmental and Legislative Affairs team
- Assist with special projects and reports as needed, serving as a legal resource to different departments
- Juris Doctorate, required
- Minimum of 3 years of contract law experience, required
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce, preferred
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, required
