    Duties

    • Assist in implementing human resource programs at a federal correctional facility's Human Resources Office.
    • Contribute to staffing functions through recruitment, interviews, and security clearances.
    • Administer employee relations programs including incentive awards, performance evaluations, and leave administration.
    • Support employee-management relations to foster positive interactions between staff and management.
    • Offer advisory services to a wide range of employees on various HR matters.
    • Provide guidance on leave regulations to timekeepers, employees, managers, and supervisors.
    • Maintain institutional security as a top priority, in alignment with all correctional institution employees.
