Position HighlightsLocation:

8930 Ward Pkwy Kansas City, MO1st Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmMust be willing and able to obtain a VA ClearancePay: starting at $16.20/hrBenefits Offered2 Weeks Paid Vacation, Sick-Time, Paid Federal HolidaysMedical, Dental, Vision Benefits available immediatelyEligible for SCA Pay of up to an additional $4.57/hr (if benefits are declined)401K with Company contributionTuition reimbursementThe Data Entry Specialist inputs new and updated data into customer inventories using the Safekeeper system .Manages the incoming data input process including keying label information, location information, investigating and resolving exceptions, acknowledging orders with customers and closing the work order.

Verifies that all information is keyed accurately and in a timely mannerManage the internal move data input process including the keying of all information, electronically moving cartons to new locations, investigating and resolving exceptions and closing the work orderManage the destruction data input process including the selection of destruction candidates, keying changes, verifying that keyed information is correct, investigating and resolving exceptions, forwarding destruction certificates to customer and closing the work orderManage the permanent removal process electronically including the keying of all PMO's, verifying the information, investigating and resolving exceptions and closing the work orderUpdate customer contract information.

Research and resolve problems and discrepancies through contact with customer, special project team, contract administrator and/or account managerPrint & mail receipt acknowledgements, month end and quarter end customer requested reportsAssist customer service as neededPerform other customer related tasks and special projects as requestedAdditional duties:
Perform scanning, auditing, QC functions, packaging of product, data entry and CD burning. Act a resource for questions, assist in the training of new Specialists.
