In the "Commercial Services" department, we focus on purchasing non-trade goods and services, as well as providing commercial support.

Our portfolio is divided into different categories, ranging from pencils and promotional items to shelves for our stores and even electricity.

Our buyers do not have to handle everything on their own, as there is a team for each category.

They gather requirements and needs for their category and place them in the form of inquiries and tenders with potential suppliers.

Our colleagues are knowledgeable about the market and, in close coordination with the specialist departments, achieve great results.

In addition, we have our own warehouse that takes care of the demand-driven distribution of non-trade goods to our stores.

The position is initially limited to 1 year.

What you will achieve with us

With your commercial understanding, you will support our buyers in checking incoming invoices
In case of complaints, you will, in coordination with our buyers, handle requests for credit or issue invoices to the supplier
You will ensure the correct recording of open goods receipts in our ordering system
You will communicate with the buyers and support them in timely data entry, so that automatic invoice reconciliation can take place
