    About the job Regional Sales Manager (South Eastern USA) - Orthopaedics

    Overview: We have partnered with a global Orthopedic company who are seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales in south eastern USA. This role requires expertise in orthopedic medical device sales, and a proven ability to exceed targets in the healthcare market.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in orthopedics.
    2. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers to understand needs and promote our products.
    3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
    4. Promotion: Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and educational initiatives.
    5. Analytics: Utilize sales analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate actionable insights
    Requirements:
    1. 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience with a proven track record.
    2. Deep understanding of orthopedic products, procedures, and market dynamics.
    3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    5. Willingness to travel within the region.
