The Ehrhardt AG is a medium-sized company with 32 branches in 12 locations. The Ehrhardt AG branches are dealerships and service workshops for the vehicle brands Audi, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Seat, Cupra, Skoda, Hyundai and MG, a dealership for the Pilote Group (motorhomes) and three E-Bike stores.

YOUR ROLE


As Sales Manager E-Bike m/f/d, you will take on the cross-location management of our E-Bike exclusive stores in Colony, OK.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies and goals, as well as building and maintaining customer relationships. You will also be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, and monitoring and analyzing sales data and trends. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and motivating employees towards achieving company goals. A good leadership style and a passion for success are therefore essential.


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Business knowledge
  • Sales experience
  • Leadership experience in sales
  • Knowledge of the E-Bike market and trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make decisions based on data
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • High level of commitment
