    Job Description Job DescriptionThe Attorney Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the associates and summer associates as well as the coordination the summer associate program.

    This person will handle event planning and coordination for associate social and integration events and for a variety of recruiting functions organized by the Attorney Recruitment team.


    Responsibilities:


    Coordinating the onboarding process for the New York offices summer associates; processing and reviewing associate and summer associate applicationsCoordinating the on-campus and callback interview processUpdating and maintaining electronic summer associate assignment and evaluation system; producing and distributing attorney recruiting reports, candidate interview information and summer associate assignment evaluation informationCoordinating law school student outreach effortsAssisting Diversity & Inclusion, Career Counseling, Legal Personnel, and Professional Development teams as required.

    Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 2+ years of related recruitment experience is preferred. Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook, various databases and Internet research skills. Workingknowledge of applicant database software. Knowledge of recruitment principles and concepts in a professional services or law firm environment. Understanding of current regulations associated with a lawful recruiting process. Demonstrate a high degree of trustworthiness in handling confidential and sensitive information. Flexibility to work additional hours, as necessary including attending Talent Development related events.#J-18808-Ljbffr
