    Description

    The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for communication and administration of all areas of HR programs including compensation, benefits, staffing, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach
    • Provide coaching and guidance as well as partnering closely with senior leaders
    • Advise hiring managers and functional leaders on compensation matters related to offers
    • Manage the preparation of data for payroll processing; maintain and oversee all employee changes via ADP Workforce Now; work closely with payroll team on special circumstances
    • Manage full cycle recruitment
    • Oversee the maintenance of organizational charts by the HR Coordinator
    • Generate incentive memos
    • Assist with preparation of the performance review and merit increase processes
    • Manage and respond to unemployment claims and other HR related request from government agencies
    • Maintain monthly HR metrics and update annual Radford survey
    • Organize company-wide events and team building planning activities

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
    • degree required.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced biotech/pharma organization
    • Experience working with HRIS systems and other HR-related platforms
