Hello, I am a human resources manager with a specialization in the psychology of selection processes and candidates. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in both recruitment companies and as a human resources manager for three different companies.

My experience has allowed me to develop extensive knowledge about the selection and evaluation of candidates, from reviewing and analyzing resumes to administering psychometric tests and structured interviews. I am passionate about understanding the motivations and skills of candidates to determine if they are a good fit for the organization.

Additionally, my experience in recruitment companies has given me a broader perspective on the needs of different organizations and sectors, and has enabled me to adapt my selection and evaluation skills to various situations and contexts.
