- Analyze business processes and workflows and develop business requirements, document workflows for implementation or enhancements.
- Manage projects and developing project plans
- Communicate with technical and business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and vendors for deployments or change management.
- Provide ongoing support of the core operating systems. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 5 years of Business Analyst, Project Management or related experience in a banking, credit union or financial services environment.
- Understanding of IT and relationship to a banking environment.
- Strong infrastructure project experience - highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
