    Description

    Business Analyst - Technology Business Partner

    Full-time

    Hybrid - Onsite 3 days per week

    Located in Everett MA

    Our banking client is searching for a Technology Business Partner to act as a Business Analyst/Project Manager working with functional and technical teams to analyze business processes, requirements, identify gaps and space for improvement.     The Role

    • Analyze business processes and workflows and develop business requirements, document workflows for implementation or enhancements.
    • Manage projects and developing project plans
    • Communicate with technical and business stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain project documentation
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and vendors for deployments or change management.
    • Provide ongoing support of the core operating systems.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
    • 5 years of Business Analyst, Project Management or related experience in a banking, credit union or financial services environment.
    • Understanding of IT and relationship to a banking environment.
    • Strong infrastructure project experience - highly preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Knowledge of credit union or banking operations, products, and services is strongly preferred.
