Social Media Strategist

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team.

As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive business objectives.

This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, along with a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic social media plans to achieve marketing objectives, including brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Manage social media accounts, including daily posting, monitoring, and responding to audience interactions and inquiries in a timely manner.
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment of social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.

Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and platform updates to continually enhance social media strategies.
Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics, including but not limited to Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics.

Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging and shareable content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
