The Organizational Change Management group is Effectv's "internal marketer" for strategic initiatives.
This role is responsible for delivering and embedding organizational change management (OCM) practices into Effectv's operations to achieve desired business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships and influential change champion networks broadly across organizations and deep within functions.This is an opportunity for a proactive, strategic, creative, and resourceful change leader who can manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously.
The Change Strategist will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor.
They may also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
The Change Strategist will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.Integrate s change management activities into overall project plan , working closely with program management to ensure alignment of milestones.
Consult , train and coach project teams , manages and supervisors on change methodologies.Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts such as system implementations, harmonization of processes and/or organizational design.
Bachelor's degree.
~ 5 years of Change Management, Communications or Training experience , ideally honed through prior work experience at a top tier consulting firm or an advertising media sales/ad tech organization
~ Certified in Prosci or similar Change Management methodology /training
~ Flexible and adaptable; Organized with a natural inclination for planning , strategy and tactics
Well knowledgeable of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle
Own the customer experience - think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services.
Know your stuff - be enthusiastic learners, users and advocates of our game-changing technology, products and services, especially our digital tools and experiences.
