    THE POSITION

    Hilton Tax & Wealth Advisors, headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, has an immediate opening for a Marketing Associate. The Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in the company's success by supporting various social media and online marketing initiatives, content creation, and administrative tasks. This position requires exceptional communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be adept at collaborating with marketing partners, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing strategies, and assisting in client engagement activities. Monday to Thursday schedule.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES

    Marketing Collaboration:

    · Communicate effectively with the company's marketing partners to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and are executed timely and accurately.

    · Coordinate the delivery of necessary materials, content, and data required for marketing campaigns.

    · Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.

    Content Creation:

    · Develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including, but not limited to, websites, social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

    · Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, is compliance-approved, and aligns with the company's messaging and tone.

    Client Engagement:

    · Follow up with warm leads generated through successful sales to strengthen client relationships and encourage repeat business.

    · Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

    Administrative Support:

    · General office administrative tasks related to marketing endeavors, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.

    · Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

    PREREQUISITE KNOWLDEGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

    · Proven experience in social media and online marketing, content creation, and/or administrative roles, preferably within the financial services industry.

    · Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts clearly and concisely.

    · Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    · Experience in social media marketing, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

    · Experience with marketing funnels is a bonus.

    · Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    · A self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

    · High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

    PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Manual dexterity to operate a computer.
    • Correctable vision and hearing.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Clear, easy to understand oral communication ability.
    • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
