- Responsible for the consolidated tracking, reporting and regular status updates to the Business Stakeholders and Discovery Teams on new and backlog intake requests to keep everyone apprised on the progress.
- Setting and driving milestones to ensure adherence to intake process SLAs.
- Creates projects in Smartsheet and/or Tempus PMO tools and ensures ongoing maintenance for project records are up to date.
- Creates and/or streamlines new and existing PMO reports and dashboards in Smartsheet and/or Tempus.
- Serves as an administrator for the PMO tools, such as Tempus and Smartsheet
- Provides project coordination/oversight, timeline development and tracking, issue tracking & resolution, communication, and reporting to various Technology Domains on key priority technology operational initiatives.
- Provides status reports that bring transparency to the Operational Portfolio and assists Technology Leadership with decision making.
- Provides project coordination/oversight for small enhancements, including timeline development and tracking, dependencies, issue tracking & resolution, communication, and reporting to various Business Stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business or related field from a four-year college or university or equivalent education and/or work experience.
- Knowledge of the function of the PMO and various portfolio and project management techniques and methodologies including waterfall, iterative, scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, (including Project, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Ability to learn new PMO administration tools and to increase project management knowledge, techniques, strategies, and methodologies.
- Ability to develop strong agile and traditional project management skills.
- Ability to develop competencies in automation and reports/dashboards creation with preferred experience in Smartsheet and/or Tempus.
- Ability to write policies and procedures for enterprise adoption.

We have an immediate need for a contract-to-hire IT Project Coordinator to join a multinational hospitality organization. The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the PMO Organization. This will be accomplished through oversight, tracking, reporting, driving results of the pillar intake process and pillar portfolios, operational portfolio process, as well as PMO tools administration and reports in accordance with the PMO processes and guidelines.
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid with Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite and Monday, Friday remote)
This job expects to pay around $80,000 – 85,000 annually plus benefits.
