    Position Overview

    The Franchise Business Administrator is responsible for supporting the Franchise Ops team by obtaining, organizing, and sharing information with department leadership and Franchisees. This position also manages team projects, coordinates Franchise shop opening processes and supports the Franchise Business Coaches with tracking travel and preparing for shop visits.

    Job Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, required
    • 1 additional year of administration, operations, executive assistant, or similar experience, required
    • 1+ year of Dutch Bros leadership experience, required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Job may require travel, on occasion
    Location Requirement:
    • This position is located in Phoenix, AZ and is required to be in office 4 days a week
    Key Result Areas

    Support the Franchise Business team by effectively managing essential team meetings, check-ins, system changes, and other information as it relates to the Franchise business:
    • Facilitate preparation and execution of the monthly Franchise Execution Meeting; prepare agendas with relevant content, coordinate speakers, capture notes, and ensure action items are completed
    • Manage the Franchisee Communication platform
    • Be a resource and a contact for franchisees - answer questions, connect them with the appropriate contact, capture and disseminate feedback
    • Manage, facilitate and assist in Franchisee Advisory Board meetings
    • Compile Franchise Business Reports and provide analysis on trends and outliers
    Facilitate the approval process and manage the shop opening process for franchise openings:
    • Maintain reports on past, current and future shops across multiple systems and facilitate updates to VP and/or other relevant teams
    • Oversee franchise opening timeline and process; Coordinate with VP, Coach, and HQ on all opening details and tasks to ensure our opening plan is executed with precision
    • Maintain Opening Checklists to ensure all responsible parties complete tasks
    • Maintain the franchise approval to grow process, documenting the status of each franchisee and communicating with relevant stakeholders
    Manage Franchise Business team weekly activities, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, notes and follow up correspondence:
    • Oversee the annual cadence of franchisee events and activities, ensuring the franchise team is prepared to execute all initiatives
    • Effectively manage the VP and Coaches time by coordinating their weekly calendar to ensure the efficient use of their time
    • Manage Coach travel/schedules and track Franchise visits; ensure coach is prepared for visit by compiling pre-trip reporting
    • Arrange travel and accommodations for Coach and VP, as needed
