TheDepartment of Psychology at Western New England University invites applicationsfor a tenure-track position in our Behavior Analysis programs. We are seeking adynamic, engaging, and effective teacher/researcher who will contribute to ourPh.D. in Behavior Analysis, M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis, andundergraduate programs. We encourage applications from individuals qualified toteach practice-oriented courses and supervise applied research. The facultymember will have the opportunity to recruit and mentor both masters anddoctoral students in their research.
Candidatesat the Associate or Full Professor rank would have the opportunity to assumethe role of Director of the M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis. The DirectorRole is an 11-month position with a teaching load of 4 courses per year. TheM.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis program is offered at The New England Centerfor Children (NECC), an internationally recognized school at the forefront ofresearch and treatment for autism spectrum disorders that provides acomprehensive, structured atmosphere for research and clinical experiences. TheDirector provides programmatic leadership and assurances of quality incoursework and clinical training.
