SUMMARY OF JOB:

Responsible for all aspects of the daily delivery of services of the residential living apartments, ensuring quality of services and resident satisfaction.

Under the supervision of the Director of Residential Living, the Residential Social Worker is responsible to assist in the delivery of services to the residents, to consult with families, and to consult with staff in all departments.

The goal of this position is to maximize the psychological, physical, social and emotional well being of each resident, using individual autonomy and self-determination as guiding principles.
