- Drive the the brand's visual identity and photo direction for multi-channel campaigns and evergreen content across all consumer touchpoints
- In partnership with the CBO and brand marketing team, develop the creative strategy, concept and visual direction for seasonal and always-on content projects
- Use insights to establish
- Craft compelling brand narratives to connect with our audience and drive engagement
- Be a close partner to marketing and merchandising to understand product marketing objectives and seasonal trends
- Be constantly aware of industry trends market research to inform creative decisions
- Assist in establishing brand TOV and provide copy direction per channelExecution
- Conceptualize and execute pitches and prototypes to gain leadership alignment on creative and strategy
- Develop culturally relevant creative executions that meet our business and brand objectives and elicit emotional reaction from our customers
- Partner closely with the Director of Brand Operations to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, aligning on the scope of initiatives, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring the team meets deadlines for deliverables.
- Collaborate and drive effective communication with onset photographers, stylists, hair and makeup artists and digital technicians to create shoots that are both on brand and market leading
- Work alongside our brand marketing team to influence and evolve all creator content through creative briefs
- VP of Visuals to inspire, influence and evolve our imagery for both BR Specialty and Factory
- Partners with cross-functional teams such as E-Commerce, Product, Wholesale, and Retail to ensure all business needs are met and deliverables are provided on time.
- Plan and organize your activities to meet all deadlines, enhance performance, maximize productivity, and increase efficiency.
- Set goals and timelines, be proactive with your tasks, and set clear exceptions for yourself.

Description
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer, the Creative Director will be responsible for the brand's creative strategy, brand identity and visual expression ensuring consistency and cohesiveness.
In partnership with the CBO, the Creative Director will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative ideas across all brand materials such as campaign, evergreen strategy, paid and owned media, retail, digital, packaging and experiential.
The Creative Director will innovate and elevate the overall brand positioning by developing assets that create cultural conversation and drive engagement.
You will possess a strong creative vision with deep creative experience that can operate and inspire an in-house creative team.
Responsibilities:
Strategy
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Creative role Must have strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Proven track record of developing and executing fresh and innovative marketing assets. Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and concepts to clients and team members. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Takes direction and constructive critiques well while also having the ability to work autonomously and provide self-direction when needed. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment. Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiar with video editing. Resourceful, can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within our exciting company. High energy and positive attitude.
