    One of our amazing clients is seeking a Creative Director to elevate their brand. This company is a leader in fall protection and is located in Los Angeles, CA. This is an on-site position. The compensation is K.

    Creative Director weaves together compelling stories that captivate our customers and drive engagement. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring our company's creative vision to life across all channels and touch-points, supporting the articulation of our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency and coherence across all creative assets and communications. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our brand's creative evolution and ensuring every brand interaction resonates and makes an impression with our customers.

    You will act as both a coach for the creative team and a player yourself, managing junior designers while owning multiple ongoing projects outright. Projects will include everything from product launches to email, social, packaging, advertising, experiential activation, event design and execution. The Creative Director will concept, direct and execute all photo/video shoots and content creation. You will play a pivotal role in developing our content strategy across channels. You will manage the Creative team's workload, project flow and deliverables, helping to drive efficiencies within this process.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive design and creative strategies that bring our brand platform to life.


    • Evolve brand guidelines, refining design systems, brand codes, art direction, and channel content direction.


    • Provide a distinct and elevated perspective on creative strategies and approaches aligned with our brand platform, advising on areas to emphasize and refine for consistent and differentiated brand expression.


    • Lead the creative team through clear communication and hands-on demonstration of your vision.


    • Act as player/coach, providing mentorship and hands-on guidance to designers while executing best-in-class design, art direction, production, and overall creative sensibility.


    • Define and communicate the creative vision, tone, and style for each campaign, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives, brand guidelines, and industry trends.


    • Concept, plan and execute of all high and lo-fi photo shoots.


    • Partner and collaborate with our VP of Marketing helping turn big ideas into concrete creative plans and clearly communicate them to the team for execution.


    • Act as a leader and mentor to your small but might team, guiding them to professional excellence and inspiring them to do best in class work.


    • Lead efforts to keep the team abreast of design trends and emerging capabilities/technologies.


    • Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of creative campaigns and improve strategies for maximum impact.


    • Build relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors and freelancers to ensure the successful execution of brand strategies and initiatives.

    Requirements


    • 7+ years of experience as a Creative Director or Art Director.


    Prior success in creative leadership roles within the consumer goods or lifestyle industries.


    • Experience leading a design team of multiple direct reports.


    • Keen understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and visual communication principles.


    • Creative vision and the ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual narratives.


    • A solutions-oriented mentality with a data driven approach.


    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies effectively.


    Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Graphic Design or higher or equivalent experience.


    • Proficient in design programs Adobe Creative Suite.
