    Your experience in Financial as a Corporate Accountant is required for a Luxury Hi-Rise Residential Developer in New York!

    A New York Property Developer seeks an experienced Corporate Accountant for various development projects. The Corporate Accountant will oversee corporate banking, credit, and investment functions, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to achieve organizational goals.

    The Corporate Accountant must possess the following skills and Experience:

    • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Minimum 5-8 years recent experience in a Corporate setting
    • Knowledge of banking systems and processing wires
    • Knowledge of accounting systems (Sage, Yardi, MRI, etc…)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Effective leadership and decision-making abilities
    • Well organized and reliable

    The Corporate Accountant will be responsible for the following tasks:

    • Manage cash management and liquidity
    • Provide Executives with monthly Financial Reports and Forecasts
    • Oversee money market rates and interest rate calculations
    • Collaborate with external banks and internal legal team to establish new bank accounts
    • Process wire payments and internal transfers
    • Handle check printing upon request using accounting system
    • Manage employee reimbursements upon approval
    • Update wire log regularly and submit for review
