  Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with architects and engineers
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that timelines are met and budgets are maintained
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work and ensure quality control
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
