    We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to be a critical part of our Clinical Operations and People teams. You will support activities related to all employee lifecycle events, as well as ensuring all transactions related to compliance and proper documentation are completed.

    Responsibilities

    • Facilitate onboarding process, including pre-day one communications, new hire data entry, onboarding coordination, I-9 verification, and new hire orientation delivery
    • Conduct background checks
    • Gather provider credentialing information
    • Facilitate offboarding process
    • Update and maintain personnel files and job descriptions
    • Prepare reports and analyze data as requested
    • Assist with various projects and initiatives as needed
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • Excellent customer service and public speaking skills.
    • Experience with HR Information Systems is a plus.
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
    • Reliable and responsive, consistent, and timely follow-up and follow through.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills

    This role will be onsite 5 days a week in our San Francisco office

    The expected salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year
