- Facilitate onboarding process, including pre-day one communications, new hire data entry, onboarding coordination, I-9 verification, and new hire orientation delivery
- Conduct background checks
- Gather provider credentialing information
- Facilitate offboarding process
- Update and maintain personnel files and job descriptions
- Prepare reports and analyze data as requested
- Assist with various projects and initiatives as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent customer service and public speaking skills.
- Experience with HR Information Systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Reliable and responsive, consistent, and timely follow-up and follow through.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
