The Jerry Seiner Dealerships are looking to add a Talent Recruiter to the corporate team This role will be responsible for recruiting, sourcing, scheduling, and assisting with the onboarding of applicants

General Job Information:
On Site in Salt Lake City with Travel to Nevada and ArizonaFull-TimeReports to VP of Human Resources

Job Duties Include:
Connect with Hiring Managers on the needs of their department.
Make decisions on where to source based on trends and data. Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
Assist with pre-employment screening process including background/credit checks and drug screening. Communicate with both Hiring Manager and Payroll department.
Communicate with newly hired employees about onboarding expectations and help set up a first successful day and week.
Work with management to reduce turnover and ensure a positive employee experience.

Requirements:

Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar roleExperience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsProficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networksExperience in using Indeed Employer to proactively source candidatesProficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trendsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Familiar with employment law including FMLA, Workers' Compensation, ADA, etc.
