- Oversee network architecture, deployment, and ongoing administration, ensuring stability and scalability.
- Manage multi-cloud IaaS supporting business units across the organization, including 35+ office locations.
- NGFW, on-prem, and cloud-based VPN, SD-WAN.
- Multiple LAN and WAN networks across physical and cloud topologies.
- Coordinate infrastructure implementation and administration activities with external managed service providers.
- Lead projects, schedules, tasks, and initiatives to enhance network infrastructure.
- Partner with the security team to support IT security operations and administer security systems and applications.
- Review systems architecture and recommend improvements to optimize performance and security.
- Maintain proper patching of all systems and assist in disaster resiliency testing.
- Assist in developing technology documentation and maintaining and testing disaster resiliency strategies and procedures.
- Participate in systems design, implementation, and administration to support business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on other duties and projects as assigned.
- 5-10 years of progressively complex experience in enterprise network environments.
- 5+ years of experience in designing/deploying/documenting Cisco WAN, LAN & WI-FI network solutions for large enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing, deploying, and documenting network solutions for large enterprise environments.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Management, or related fields preferred.
- Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco and Meraki WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and Firewall solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco ISE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure network topology and relevant IaaS.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Technologies including AD, Azure Active Directory, and Windows Domains.
- Strong knowledge of IT security technologies including NGFW, IDS/IPS, SD-WAN, and VPNs.
- Experience with IT operations processes including ITSM, Asset Inventory/CMDB, and Change Management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a small team with a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic and tactical needs.

About the Role:
