    Continental Technologies, Inc.

    (CTI) is searching for an Executive Account Manager (EAM) with a minimum of four years IT account management experience to manage an established account base.

    Job Description

    • Responsible for maintaining and growing an established account base with year over year growth
    • Strategically prospecting and networking for new customers
    • EAM will be responsible for delivering complex IT solutions and IT professional services
    • EAM will work with Project Managers, Solutions Architects to develop complex IT solutions and proposals
    • EAM will ensure the timely closing of contracts to meet company goals and continually work to achieve customer satisfaction
    Position offers a generous base salary plus commission with mileage/expense reimbursement, great benefits and a 401K with match. CTI offers a work environment that encourages independence and advancement. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

    Requirements

    • A bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or previous industry experience
    • Minimum of four years of demonstrated sales success, selling IT on-premise and cloud solutions - hardware, software, and IT Cybersecurity professional services
    • Goal driven, achievement oriented, high level of enthusiasm, confidence and professional poise
    • Ability to work independently and be a strong team player
    • Must have a proven track record of account management skills with 30 or more customers
    • General understanding of Network Architecture, Network Security and Disaster Recovery
    • Strong Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards for healthcare, manufacturing, and financial business verticals
    • Strong strategic selling skills, as well as the ability to interact/sell effectively to all levels of buying influence (C-level, VP-level and Director-level) is required
    • History of generating revenues and profits to meet or exceed sales quotas
    • Sourcing and qualifying leads, scheduling new appointments
    • Excellent verbal, written, and time management skills
    • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and account profiles
    • Solid PC proficiency utilizing M365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a CRM package
