- Guide, manage, mentor your Night Manager working with contractors and crews
- Manage any number of types of projects for your clients
- Implement company policies, procedures and best practices for client service
- Engaging and Energetic personality – relationship builder - serve clients with excellence
- Insightful and creative approach to RESPONSIVELY handle client needs
- A strong work ethic / a sense of urgency / teamwork mentality
- MS Office and CRM familiarity helpful
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience in Operations, Sales or Customer Service)
- Sales, Management, Customer service experience
- Detail oriented, highly Organized, excellent follow through skills
- Energized by the challenge to deliver quality results
- Works independently; self-starter who can coordinate projects and services
- Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills
